Damascus 301 Workshop (May)

Description

Prerequisite: Damascus 300 or Administrative Approval (either/or)

This class will be held on May 8, 2021 from 7AM to 3PM.

In this workshop you will learn how to prep and weld your can to have a successful weld in the forge, then we can draw it out into a billet form ready to use. We will supply the can, lids, and 1095 powder, as well as some 15N20 cut off & damascus end cuts. (These are all included in price.) You are welcome to bring bearing, chain, or any other carbon steel to add to your canister!

All materials and tools will be provided. Please bring safety glasses and work gloves if you have them. Closed toed shoes are required.

The price of the class is $285. If we do not receive enough registrations with deposit 30 days prior to the date of the class, we reserve the right to cancel the class with a full refund. Cancellation with a 100% refund can be done up to 30 days prior to the class. Cancellation within 2-4 weeks before the class will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to class is non-refundable.
